Attend a group classes to learn about the Yamuna® body rolling approach and how to begin improving your own body.
Yamuna® body rolling, the original small-ball therapy, uses specially designed balls in specific routines to combine the release of massage with the strengthening and toning of exercise, providing an effortless workout, and a deep stretch.
Using specialised Yamuna® Body Rolling balls created by Yamuna-Zake, you will be lead through routines allowing muscles and fascia to elongate and unwind misalignments which is hardwired in the movements.

Body rolling is the ideal compliment to the other fitness systems practice, from massage and physical therapy to body work, Yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic®/Gyrokinisis® teachings, fitness training, and somatic therapies such as Feldenkrais and Alexander techniques enabling you to deepen your practice, open up restricted areas, create space and develop an intuitive understanding of your own anatomy.
